We enjoy this hotel when we visit Parksville. They are kind and helpful. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable and they provide plenty of pillows. And the towels are soft. They provide dove cleansing products so that was pleasant. Our shower did a really loud screeching noise after a few minutes of running. Took us a while to figure it out. But the pressure was nice. We love the breakfast they provide. Many options and fresh items. Only 4 stars because of the shower and the noises we could hear from the washroom next to us. We will be going back next time we visit

As soon as you walk in, it reeks of chlorine from the pool until you get into your room. the water pressure is absolutely horrible. The elevator is so slow it makes me want to kick the buttons until the door closes. The bathroom fan doesn't even work. Holes and damage in the bathroom are stuffed with toilet paper. The tub is so incredibly uncomfortable that there's no way anyone is using it. ac doesn't shut off with the power button, so you have to manually force it to turn off. You can literally hear everything the person is doing on the other side of a door that, for no reason, is attached to another person's room instead of a wall. Which is creepy and gross. People are constantly waiting outside my door for laundry because the washer and dryer are basically in the hallway outfront of my room. The front desk is never ever there. Overall, just don't stay here it's a dump.

Clean and the location is good. Not too busy. The pool is 3ft all around no shallow part. Close to the beach and park. Washroom and shower were spotless. Great cleaning crew, they should get a bonus. Breakfast was OK, mostly carbs and sugars. 7am till 10am.

Very clean, but has potential to be better. Pros: Good location if traveling by car, near beach, very clean and everything smells amazing, large rooms. Cons: Rooms let a lot of noise through the walls and from outside. The pool is only 3 feet deep, very difficult to swim in. The check in staff were not very solution oriented when asked for certain accomodations. The cleaning and janitorial staff however were very friendly. To use the gym you need to get a key from the front desk, and walk through the pool/hot tub area, which is kind of weird. The buffet was not pleasant. The room is small and the only source of protein was scrambled eggs.

I recently stayed here and had a fantastic experience. From the moment i arrived the staffs were welcoming and attentive. The lobby was good and rooms were amazing. The food was good. Overall 10/10

Great Experience! I stayed 3 nights at Travelodge by Wyndham Parksville and really enjoyed it. The location is convenient, and my room was clean and comfortable. The manager, Gikku Paul, provided excellent customer service, which made the experience even better. All the staffs were really helpful, even the lady who works at housekeeping, i didnt know the name of the lady but was really accommodating, I’d stay here again without hesitation.

Weirdly enough the signage for Wyndham was Hotel Feng! Google said we arrived but there was no Wyndham sign. The pool and hot tub were great. The breakfast was wonderful and so were the staff. The only hitch was the hotel name!

This trip was a quick stay with our grandchildren and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The hotel was clean, the pool was perfect for little ones at only 3 feet. The breakfast room was lovely and cozy and the continental breakfast was plentiful. The staff was professional, kind and helpful. Although still in a bit of transition with new staff and renovations our experience was excellent and we will definitely be back.

First time on this island and was supposed to arrive and depart within 6 hrs, but ended up staying over here. Have to say.. Wonderful experience at a great price. They have decently equipped amenities and staff that is super kind and are absolutely warm welcoming. I'd say the whole place was overall clean and tidy. Rooms are pretty neat, clean and spacious. Huge shout-out to Vishwa.

This is now Hotel Feng. The service was excellent. All staff were very friendly.They phoned us to let us know that the hotel signage had changed and quickly resolved a small issue with the room. Good selection at the breakfast room - oatmeal, toast, muffins, bagels, waffle-maker... Will definitely stay here again.
